But THIS?!?! 95 POINTS from Wine Enthusiast, from the beloved, tried-n-true, family-run team at Besson (who’ve been Last Bottle favorites for a DECADE or more, btw…) For JUST $65?!?! 

Breathtaking. Brain-addling. Absolutely fecking BRILLIANT stuff, good people! It’s round, and concentrated in minerality, depth, and poise. The wisteria and acacia blossoms, with the pulverized chalk, and then the crunchy apples and tart lemon notes, all rounded with this pie crust richness, and perfectly integrated flecks of baking spice?! YES!!! Les Clos are prized for their ability to age, and Besson’s brown glass bottles give it that added layer of protection for going the distance! I absolutely LOVE everything about this wine — minus how incredibly LIMITED it is!
